New Directions Sober Living Opens a Women’s Sober Living Home
Crystal Lake, IL: On December 9th, New Directions Sober Living, a nonprofit that operates structured housing for people recovering from addictions, will open a sober home for women. They already host 12 men in a sober living house, and this new facility will provide 5 women the same services. The women’s home, located at 171 Lincoln Parkway, was built in 1901, purchased with a donation from the Foglia Family Foundation, and remodeled over the course of a year. Residents will enjoy a structured living environment and access to counseling, career services, and more.
